We specialize in full renovations for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, and patios. On occasion, we will also correct and repair the work of previous contractors. While we mainly do residential remodeling, we have done, and do excel at commercial jobs and retail/restaurant conversions.
We are a locally owned and operated home renovation business, with about 99% of our work exclusive to Dutchess County. On ocassion we will step over the county border when we have the ability to do so. Feel comfortable knowing that you’re getting a team that lives and works where you do.
First we’ll schedule a time to visit your home at a time that’s convenient for you. We’ll do a walkthrough, take some pictures and measurements, ask you questions, and make suggestions for your home renovation. Shortly after our consultation we’ll send a project proposal.
We would classify our style as high quality at a mid-range price. If you’re simply looking for the cheapest option, that will probably not be us. (Bet you didn’t expect a contractor to say that!) But quality work costs something, and we hope “cheap” isn’t what you’re seeking. Our work is top notch, we follow up until the job is done, provide the highest possible customer service, and we pay our crews a fair wage that allow them to live and support their families while still providing the lowest and best price we can to you.

No. It never sat right with us to see other contractors require huge payments far in advance of the job. We just met after all, and trust is earned not given. The only thing we require is a $500 deposit to get on our calendar and reserve a work crew. The first payment check is not due untl we approach the start of the job or need to purchase materials for you. We also break up payments into two or three parts as the job progresses to help with your budget.
Ahh yes. While that’s not a question, we know exactly what you’re saying. We can manage the permitting process for you and remove this burden from your list of things to do. We pride ourselves on listening to the needs of our clients and “I’m anxious about permits” always tops the list.
Yes. We are a licensed business who is both fully insured and bonded. We are more than happy to put your mind at ease (or your HOA) by providing you a copy of our insurance.
